All claims and returned goods must be accompanied by the original invoice and subject to approval. All returns must be made within 30 days. Items returned are subject to a 20% restocking charge plus return freight on special order items. No returns for electrical parts. If package is torn, crushed, written on defaced in any way, it cannot be returned. All cores must be returned within 30 days for credit consideration. F.E.T tax changes has made customer responsible to report and pay the excise tax on certain repairs/modifications. Please check and pay the appropriate tax.
